Freelance developer for WorldLocations.com – a locations service provider for photography, television and film. Full responsibility for development of website in PHP/MySQL/JQuery/CSS. Integrated WordPress, Facebook and Zen Photo Gallery into website.

I worked as a freelancer adding a css menu to the WordPress section of the site and fixing other issues. The menu needed to be dynamic to allow for sub-menus for a individual menu item. Clodagh McKenna is a well known television personality in the Republic of Ireland.

I re-developed this site for this client as they were not appearing in the firstpage of google for their required keywords. My SEO strategy was to improve the title, description and keywords, create quality backlinks to the site and improve keyword density on pages. The result was that the site appeared on first page of google, for the relevant keywords, which led to a huge increase in enquiries for the client.

Hired as a freelancer to convert a series of existing Petplan websites, for Allianz insurance, from UK versions to Australian versions, to fix bugs on site and add functionality. Responsible for the changes to the Coldfusion/Javascript/AJAX/HTML coding and for the deployment of the site and databases to hosting server. Added Google mapping functionality to the site. Added postcode distance finding application.

Responsible for the full development of this photograpy site built using PHP. Added e-commerce functionality using PrestaShop. Added a photo gallery for display of images. Added administration facility for adding and editing items in shop. Deployed to hosting server and setup of secure cert and SSL.
